Previously labelled reports are unlabeled in Report Center.

Check if labels didn’t change from Public to Private as per KB Article 2913527 - Labels are missing in Report Center after the b2005 release

1. To check that, find the owner of the label in Home > Manage Data > LabelTagEntity. Please note that to check this, customer must have updated setting by enabling field "Created By" in MDF.
   
   
   
   
2. Proxy as the owner of the label and double check if the label is not visible for owner under Labels > Manage labels (this mean that it did not change to Private).

If owner of the label is not able to see the label, complete an MDF sync object definition.

Customers has the possibility to directly run "MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC" job from the Admin Center, however the prerequisite is that it was previously created at least once from Provisioning. For more information, please check the KB Article 2534674.
