A void notification is sent by DocuSign when Online Offer with eSignature has been cancelled.
Is it possible to configure the voided reason?

Resolution
The voided reason is a fixed text which is not configurable. It is irrelevant to the cancelled reason entered by the recruiting user or the declined reason entered by the candidate.
| Scenario | Voided Reason |
| Recruiting user cancels the eSignature offer letter by clicking on the 'Cancel Offer' button. |
This eSignature offer has been cancelled. |
| Candidate declines the eSignature offer letter on My Offers page. |
The corresponding online offer has been declined by the candidate. |
| Recruiting user creates a new eSignature offer letter when the existing one hasn't been accepted/declined yet. The existing one gets cancelled automatically. |
This eSignature offer has been cancelled due to a new Online Offer created. |
There is a known defect that the voided reason shows "The corresponding online offer has been declined by the candidate" incorrectly when a recruiter cancels the eSignature offer letter.
The defect will be fixed in 1H 2021 release (b2105).
