3019527 - Cannot enter a schedule condition using the "Edit Configuration" button for PPF action #MIN_STD_SLA_IRT_ESC after the data has been deleted

• The "Schedule Condition" data for PPF action #MIN_STD_SLA_IRT_ESC has been deleted, and the "Edit Configuration" button is directing to edit a BAdI implementation instead of allowing the user to specify the schedule condition for the PPF action.
• Pop-up to create filter value for BAdI EVAL_SCHEDCOND_PPF is shown instead of populating "Schedule Condition" data after clicking the "Edit Configuration" button for PPF action #MIN_STD_SLA_IRT_ESC.
