3019851 - Unable to edit existing Offer Details - Recruiting Management

Recruiter is unable to edit an offer approval.

System is not responsive when operator click Edit Offer Details.

Template name is now showing in the Offer details

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Job Req ID

2. Open the candidate application

3. In Take Action, Go to Offer Approval

4. Click Edit Offer Details  but nothing happens

Template used in the previous Offer approval has been set to inactive

We need to identify what offer template is used in the Offer Approval. You can use adhoc to see the offer template.

In Manage Templates > Recruiting Management > Offer Details, check if the template is unchecked. You need to make the template active in order to edit previously created offer.
