3019852 - SapSSL update to facilitate TLSv1.2-only configurations, TLSext SNI for 721+722 clients

Symptom

  1. A desire to disable TLSv1.0 (Applies to SAP Netweaver AS ABAP, and to the server-side of AS Java 710+, and to SAP Web Dispatcher )
  2. Enabling TLSV1.2 and sending optional TLS extension server_name_indication (SNI) as client
    1. Necessity to enable TLSv1.2 for all SAP Netweaver Kernel components (not all Netweaver kernel components read Profiles)
    2. Necessity to send the optional TLS extension server_name_indication (SNI) as client
