3019969 - Negative Tracing Factors changed to 4 in the downloaded Template in APP Manage Allocations

Choose ''Download a Template with Combinations'' in APP Manage Allocations, open the template found that:
"Scale Neg. Factors" is changed to "4: Negative Tracing Factors to Zero".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open APP Manage Allocations->select cycles and choose ''Download a Template with Combinations''
2. Then open the template found that: No matter what the original value was, "Scale Neg. Factors" is always changed to "4: Negative Tracing Factors to Zero".

This is a bug in code.

Currently developers are working on correction on the bug, fix will be delivered in CE 2105.
As a workaround now, you can still change the value of Scale Neg. Factors in the template for upload.
