3020266 - CNMASSCREATE: error CNIF_PI 054 adding WBS elements

Symptom

CNMASSCREATE returns error  “Error during GUID assignment: not possible to save. Hence, project and it's wbs elements could not be created.” (message no. CNIF_PI 054) when trying to add WBS elements to an existing project.
