How does Recruiting Posting send recruiter's (poster's) details to LinkedIn job board?

All jobs posted on LinkedIn job board, need to be associated to a poster.

Based on the job board configuration and field completion rules in Recruiting Posting, poster's email address is or is not transmitted to LinkedIn.

• Configuration "Send the real contact mail" is not checked, and nothing is filled in "LinkedIn Profile Email" field → no email address (poster's details) is transmitted to LinkedIn and the job will be associate to a default poster set up on LinkedIn Recruiter. If no default poster is defined, the job will be rejected.
• Configuration "Send the real contact mail" is checked → the email address from posting values (of posting profile or user depending on the rule in Field completion) will be transmitted to LinkedIn. If the same email address is set up on LinkedIn Recruiter, the correct poster will be associated. If the email address does not match, the job will be linked with the default poster. If no default poster is defined, the job will be rejected.
• Configuration "LinkedIn Profile Email" is populated → this email address will be transmitted to LinkedIn. If the same email address is set up on LinkedIn Recruiter, the correct poster will be associated. If the email address does not match, the job will be linked with the default poster. If no default poster is defined, the job will be rejected.
