3020525 - Some users do not have access to the "Save as Public" option in the "Sales Volume - Flexible Analysis" app

When trying to save a variant in the "Sales Volume - Flexible Analysis" app, some users do not have access to the "Save as Public" option.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Sales Volume - Flexible Analysis" app.
2. Click the "Current Variant - Select and Manage Variants" button above the exchange rate type and choose "Save as".
3. There is no "Save as Public" option but only a "Set as Default" option. 

The user is not assigned with the "SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR" business role or the "SAP_CORE_BC_EXT" business catalog.

Please assign the "SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR" business role to the user. Or instead of assigning the "SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR" business role, assign the "SAP_CORE_BC_EXT" business catalog to a certain business role that the user already contains.
