Cause
- There are two different versions of Crystal Reports:
- SAP Crystal Reports
- SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise
- Crystal Reports RESTful web services cannot be used with Crystal Reports 2016 or 2020
- RESTful web services only works with reports created with Crystal Reports for Enterprise
Resolution
- To use RESTful web services, use Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
