3020870 - SAP ByD Mobile App The Approver Does Not See The Approval Notes Entered In The PO

 When using the SAP ByD Mobile applications in Hebrew, the approver does not see the approval notes entered in the PO.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. With device in Hebrew.
2. Open ByD App.
3. Go to Manager Approval tile.
4. Open Purchase orders.
5. Find a item to be approved.
6. First item has a note that is displayed in English but not in Hebrew.

This is the system expected beahvior.

When recording notes for a business object such as “Purchase Order”, these are recorded and stored together with a language attribute, which is set according to the logon language of the user who creates the note. In case of the two existing notes for Purchase Order this attribute is “English”, i.e. the user who recorded the notes was logged on with language English at the time of recording. This attribute is set irrespective of the real language in which the notes are written, which is Hebrew here.

In the Mobile Approval Application, the existing notes are filtered based on this language attribute stored with the notes. As in this case this is set to English, the notes only appear when the approver is logged on in English as well, while they are filtered out when the approver logs on with a different language.
