3020899 - Users was not converted by conversion job - Onboarding 2.0

You have completed the hiring process for one of your candidates and at his start date, his user was not converted from External to Internal user.

SAP Sucessfactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Complete Onboarding for a candidate;
2. Complete the Hiring in Manage Pending Hires;
3. Wait for the start date;
4. User was not converted from external to internal.

The process status in manage data is set as closed. Only open processes are taken by the ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob job.

1. Go to Manage Data > Process;
2. Change the process from closed to Open again;
3. Execute (or wait for the next execution) of ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob;
4. Your user will be converted.
