3020917 - IDM - Error in Eclipse Error Log " java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/graphiti/ui/platform/IConfigurationProvider"

Symptom

When trying to create a new process in IDM nothing shows up in the process flow diagram.

In the Eclipse Error Log you can see the following error:

"...Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/graphiti/ui/platform/IConfigurationProvider
 at com.sap.idm.ic.rcp.graphiti.editor.IdmTaskFlowEditorContextMenuProvider.<init>(IdmTaskFlowEditorContextMenuProvider.java:14)
 at com.sap.idm.ic.rcp.graphiti.editor.IdmTaskFlowEditor.createContextMenuProvider(IdmTaskFlowEditor.java:350)
 at org.eclipse.graphiti.ui.editor.DiagramEditor.initializeGraphicalViewer(DiagramEditor.java:765)
 at org.eclipse.graphiti.ui.editor.DiagramEditor.createGraphicalViewer(DiagramEditor.java:737)...."
