3020982 - Not able to add new Equipment items since "submit" button is greyed out

"Submit" button is still greyed out with all required information entered

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

There should be at least one item maintained under each Equipment Category.

1. Go to "Manage Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 Tasks"
2. Check each Equipment Category
3. Delete the categories without any item
4. Try to add a new item and "Submit" button is available now

Note: items and categories deleted are archived, so you cannot reuse the ID of deleted ones.

If you want to reuse the ID of deleted items or categories, please follow steps below:

1. Go to "Manage Data"
2. Search "Equipment Type" for Equipment Categories or "Equipment Type Value" for Equipment Items
3. Click on "Take Action"
4. Select "Make Correction"
5. Change "In Use Status" from Archive to Active
6. Go to "Manage Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 Tasks", you will find the deleted categories and items are back
7. Edit the Name of Equipment Categories or Items
