3021157 - Demand notifications sent to Project Financial Controller for change in work package status to Released / Completed

Demand notifications are sent to the ‘Project Financial Controller’ when a work package status is changed to ‘Released’ / ‘Completed’ even though there are no demands associated for that work package.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Go to app ‘Project Builder’ / ‘Project Control’/ ‘Project Planning’.
2. Select the project or work package you want to edit.
3. Change the status of the work package to Release / Complete.

This is a known issue.

The issue is now fixed.

Case 1: Demand notifications are sent to ‘Project Financial Controller’ if there are any demands in 'Request on Work Package Release' status for the work package in ‘Released’ status.

Case 2: Demand notifications are sent to ‘Project Financial Controller’ if there are any demands which are not closed for the work package in ‘Completed’ status.

This will be available CE2105 release onwards.
