Asset legacy transfers appear in the Acquisition column in App Asset History Sheet
 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to App Asset History Sheet.
  2. Add Fixed Asset to Rows.
  3. Check columns Transfers, Current Year and Acquisition, Current Year.
  4. Go To App Asset Transactions and enter report parameters to display.
  5. Add parameters to output to Dimensions, Check Transaction type category and Line Item Type.

Cause

In Fiori reports subledger line item type 7040 represents Acquisition in current year and not transfer. In case the item is posted with this transaction type it will be considered as acquisition in the report.
For Key Figure 9790300 (Transfers, Current Year) includes 13 (Trans. Type Cat) /7000 (Subldgr LItem Type) + 14 (Trans. Type Cat) /7000 (Subldgr LItem Type).
For Key Figure 9790110 (Acquisition, Current Year) includes 13 (Trans. Type Cat) /7040 (Subldgr LItem Type) and 14 (Trans. Type Cat) /7040 (Subldgr LItem Type).

Resolution

Add the dimensions Line Item Type and Trans. Type Cat to rows sections.
