This email notification belongs to interview Central, but it works by comparing the dates of the interview generated with Interview Scheduling. Meaning that to work properly, you must have both enabled.

The email is sent once a day only , and it is managed by the job Interview Assessment Outstanding

For deleted Job Reqs: It is sent out to the interviewers as soon as a deleted job requisition is restored and there are upcoming interviews on the restored job requisition.
