This email notification is an interview Central feature, but it works by comparing the date/time of the interview created in Interview Scheduling. Meaning that to work properly, you must have both enabled.

The email is sent once a day only, and it is managed by the job Interview Assessment Outstanding.

This trigger point is as follows: Email is sent to interviewers who have an upcoming interview that was scheduled on the application that's using Interview Central. These emails are triggered when deleted job requisitions are restored.
