3021458 - Error: "Your sign-up form has invalid answers" - Mentoring

When trying to make changes/edit a Mentoring Preferences in a Mentoring Program whether it is a Mentee or Mentor, clicking the "Save" button will trigger an error of "Your sign-up form has invalid answers"

SuccessFactors Career Development and Mentoring

1.  Go to Development of a Mentoring Participant who already joined and signed up for a Program
2.  Mentoring > Open a Mentoring Program
3.  Edit > Make changes / no changes > Save
4.  System will display an error of "Your sign-up form has invalid answers"

It is caused by an invalid picklist for the field/question. May it be the picklist value is deleted or replaced.

Recommended step to take is to keep a record/screenshot of existing signup form questions. Then remove each question for each field then save it one question/field at a time. If the system allowed user to save changes without the error, that means the last removed question/value is the invalid/non existent picklist/value.
