3021474 - Messages Stuck in Processing Status with "TransactionLogTraceController" Error

Symptom

  • You have one or more iFlows in your SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/HCI) tenant, where messages are stuck in processing status
  • In LJS Trace (Monitor> System Log Files> LJS Trace) you see an error like this:

    #ERROR#com.sap.it.op.agent.spi.trace.controller.TransactionLogTraceController##anonymous#1607547862669-XXXXXXXX_Worker-1####na#na#na#na#Suspending the message tracing feature on the current node, because the current transaction log utilization value of XX percent has exceeded the 50 percent threshold! Will check again in 1 min, and silently enable it if the utilization is below the threshold!|
