Symptom

SAP Cloud Platform console client for the Neo environment upload-domain-certificate or *ssl-host command fails with the below error:

ERROR [main] com.sap.core.certificate.manager.cmd.commands.CreateSslHostCommand: General error:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Invalid use of SingleClientConnManager: connection still allocated. Make sure to release the connection before allocating another one.
