3021594 - Error (message No. PAY_REQN111) occurs in app "Manage Payment Requisitions"

Choose an item under Payment Strategy and click "Pay" in app "Manage Payment Requisitions", there is an error message No. PAY_REQN111 and it says "Payment strategy item 001: splitting down payment requests is not allowed".

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

1. Open app "Manage Payment Requisitions"
2. The payment item is prepayment under "Requested Items"
3. Choose one item under "Payment Strategy" and click "Pay"
4. The error "Payment strategy item 001: splitting down payment requests is not allowed" occurred

Please check whether the payment method under Payment Strategy is the same as that in the journal entry.
According to standard design, if the payment method is different, the payment request should be generated by splitting, but the type of the requested item is prepayment which can't be split, therefore the error occurred.

Please change the payment method under "Payment Strategy to the same as that in the journal entry. And then please maintain the house bank and partner bank type which are necessary information for payment.
