Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Benefit of type 'Reimbursement' with Entitlement amount = -1 (unlimited)
- Employee enroll in Benefit
- This creates 'Benefit Employee Claim' and 'Benefit Claim Accumulation' records in Manage Data
- Through Import and Export data > Import 'Benefit Employee Claim' object to update the record
- Import job 'Failed'
Cause
Remaining amount in Benefit Claim Accumulation record is null
Resolution
- Go to Benefit Claim Accumulation object
- Take action > Make correction
- Update 'Remaining Amount' to '0' (when entitlement amount is unlimited)
- Save changes
- Perform Benefit Employee claim import
