You notice that, if you click anywhere on the template details screen, the template goes into edit mode.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Service work center.
- Navigate to Templates work center view.
- Open any template.
- Click anywhere on the screen.
- See the template goes into edit mode.
This happens due to the model of the rich text editor which is used on the Template UI, as there is no explicit edit locking control for this screen, causing the template to go into edit mode.
This is the system designed behavior.
