3021946 - User is Not Able to Change The E-mail Subject.

You have released a Sales Document with an E-mail template to the customer. You expect to change the subject which shows with the structure: Account Name - Customer Invoice ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Customer Invoice), however, you don't know the path to use.

SAP Business By Design

1. Navigate to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Form Template maintenance view.
3. Find a Customer invoice.
4. Click Actions.
5. Either create an e-mail template or maintain an e-mail subject.

Result: the data format will be that which is maintained in the template.

If you look at the XML that is generated from the output, it would be the similar paths that you can see there.

Check the XML structure from the order created and use the similar paths that you can see there.
