3022010 - In FO Charges, Grouped View does not respect Grouping Rule

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management Charge Calculation
  • You want to display the calculation results of a freight order in a grouped view.
  • For example, a charge line with charge type was created to calculate a pallet exchange fee – meaning a Euro amount that must be paid per pallet on the freight order.
  • Although the grouping rule is set to “Group by PRODUCT_ID” and the calculation resolution base “PACKAGE” is set, no grouping takes place in the Charges Grouped View.
