3022061 - LDAP server state shows FAILED. How to find out why it disconnected - SAP SDK for IQ

Symptom

  • The LDAP state was changed to FAILED. 
  • The server is quiet most of the month, a user connects twice a month to run reports.
  • Only concern is ACTIVE/READY state changed in to FAILED state:
    4652 secure_secondary FAILED
    4651 secure_primary FAILED
  • There was no network errors found in /var/log/messages
