Symptom

You would like to enable the Upload Log feature in the C4C Extended App.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

You must enable the setting on the device, by following these steps:

  1. Logon to the app with your user credentials.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. My Device Settings.
  4. Enable 'Upload Log'.
