3022491 - Candidate not visible in Interview Schedulling - Recruiting Management

Other operator is unable to see the candidate in Interview Scheduling.

Number of Not Started candidate count is mismatching the actual candidate in the interview status in Job Requisition.

Some candidates are not visible in in Interview Scheduling.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login as recruiter
2. Go to Recruiting > Interview Scheduling
3. Check Not started candidate in the Job Req ID XX. 
4. Login as another operator (e.g. Second Recruiter or Coordinator)
5. Go to Recruiting > Interview Scheduling
6. Check Not started candidate in the Job Req ID XX. No candidate is visible

Other operator has no interviewAssessment permission in other status

The interview scheduling feature mainly depends on the all interview statuses. This pre-requisite step for any operator role to schedule the interviews in Interview scheduling. 

You need to adjust the feature permission that the role has permission to interviewAssessment  in all interview statuses in the pipeline.

For Example, the pipeline has 3 interview statuses: Phone Interview, Panel Interview and Hiring Manager Interview. The expectation is that operator who is supposed to setup an interview has permission to all of this status.
