3022522 - Missing Currency Conversion for Embedded Reports Selection

You have embedded a report and when trying to map both 'Display Currency - Conversion Date' and 'Display Currency' selection fields, these fields are not appearing to be selected.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the screen where you have embedded your report.
2. Go to the Adaptation Mode. 
3. Select your report and click to Edit.
4. Go to Selection tab.
5. You cannot see both 'Display Currency - Conversion Date' and 'Display Currency' fields to be selected.

Those key figures which use 'Display Currency - Conversion Date' and 'Display Currency' were added to the report via Add Fields functionality instead of Report Wizard. It is mandatory that those key figures are added via Report Wizard in order to make those selection parameters available in the embedded report. You can check if those key figures which have 'Currency Conversion' maintained were added via Add Fields following these steps:

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports work center view.
3. Open the report which was embedded.
4. Run it.
5. Go to View tab.
6. Go to Add Fields options.
7. Go to Key Figures tab.
8. You can see those key figures were selected from Add Fields. If they were added via Report Wizard, they will be grayed out. Otherwise, they were added via Add Fields.

In order to make those fields visible when adding the embedded report for a specific work center view, you will need to edit the report and add those key figures via Report Wizard. These are the required steps:

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports work center view.
3. Search for the embedded report.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Go to Step 2.
6. Select those key figures which has 'Currency Conversion' maintained.
7. Go to Step 5.
8. You can see it has both 'Display Currency - Conversion Date' and 'Display Currency' variables.
9. Save it.

Then, when adding the embedded report, you will be able to see those fields to be used as parameters.
