3022553 - Server hangs and nobody could connect - SAP ASE

Symptom

Server hangs in some periods and it is necessary to restart ASE. This always occurs after these messages:

====

00:0012:00000:00573:2021/02/01 19:12:12.88 server  Update of syslogins failed
00:0003:00000:02933:2021/02/01 19:12:13.63 server  Update of syslogins failed
...
00:0005:00000:00799:2021/02/01 19:13:11.32 server  Update of syslogins failed

=====

In the memory dump, the most of blocking is on "syslogins" and all blocker processes are waiting for object to be returned to pool and sleeping:

=====

11  1111  111111111111 conn_hdlr      sleeping on event:c000000xxxxxx000 Address not found: c000000xxxxxx000
wait for object to be returned to poo setdataok

=====

The stack trace for blocker processes have these functions in the stack trace:

=====

kpsuspend
upsleepgeneric
uboallocw
blkioCreate
....
....

=====

Or have:

======

kpsuspend
upsleepgeneric
uboallocw
blkioCreateRequest

=====

There are also other processes that are not accessing "syslogins" table but with the same scenario.
