3022742 - Error message displayed when requesting leave even though balance of same quanity exists.

Error message similar to "You cannot take 8 hours because you've only got 7.99 left" displayed in ESS Time off UI even though 8 hours balance exists.

Balances in the UI are currently displayed with rounded-up logic. Actual balance amount remaining in the time account would be less than the value displayed on UI.

For example, Actual balance amount remaining in the time account is 7.99 hours but in the UI it will get displayed as 8.00 hours.

This is the current expected behavior as per design, there is already an open enhancement to address this behavior - TIM-8946. It requires more effort in changing the code logic and this enhancement is not planned for any release yet.

Once enhancement is planned for release, we will update this KBA to reflect the release details.
