3023085 - Assign option missing from the Actions menu in the goal plan - Goal Management

The user has Group Goal Assignment permission but cannot see the Assign option in the Goal Plan.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Navigate to goal plan.
2. Click on Actions.
3. Notice there is no assign option.

The user does not have any group goal created in the goal plan.

In order to show the Assign option, user needs to create a group goal in the goal plan. 

Note: you can only assign your own group goal. Group goal assigned to you by another user is not assignable.
