You are using the Mashup Side Pane in Tickets object and configured the Layout Type in Adaptation to use as "Default" (which makes usage of a single column). You added some URL Mashups there, but noticed that the hyperlinks are all truncated, even though there are space available on the side pane.

Limitation of the Flexibility framework.
Resolution
Recommendation is to use the Layout Type for Mashup Side Pane as "Full Width with Two Columns", so that the full width of the side pane is used and more information can be displayed.
