3023176 - Error in transaction MM17

Symptom

In MM17 transaction user received the error "The value & does not exist in foreign key table TWEW" - Message M&150
while changing the External Material Group but in MM02 transaction only a warning "The External Material Group & does
not exist" is displayed.
