3023499 - Reports/Dashboards option is not shown in Proxy Management

Symptom

  • Make Assignments option is not shown in Proxy Management
  • The users are not able to find the Reporting tab when proxying as another user
  • How to enable Reports/Dashboards in Proxy Management?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • Classic Reporting

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center > Proxy Management
  2. The Reports/Dashboards option is not shown as a module/tab option

Cause

The feature Classic Reporting is not enabled in Provisioning.

Resolution

In order to turn the Reports/Dashboards option visible in the Proxy Management and Proxy Import, it's needed to enable the Classic Reporting feature in the Provisioning backend.

Since customers do not have access to Provisioning, please engage Partner or SAP Support through LOD-SF-PLT-PRV to enable it.

To Partner and Support Engineers:

  1. Go in Provisioning > Company Settings
  2. Enable the feature Classic Reporting
