Symptom
- An SMP administrator checks the server availability in the Cluster pane in the administrator cockpit. One or more nodes show as 'offline' even though they are up and running.
- The administrator can log into an 'offline' node directly and then it shows as online.
- End users are executing applications through the nodes that are labeled as offline.
- This error may appear in the SMP server log:
