3023628 - PI alerts are not reaching Solution Manager system

Symptom

  • Message Based Alerting has been configured in a Java only Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system
  • Alerts are propagated to a Solution Manager system which has an ABAP stack
  • The Solution Manager is used as the Central Monitoring Server 
  • Suddenly, the alerts stop coming to Solman system
