3023668 - Docusign Email Trigger Notifications - Onboarding

• As a part of signature tasks, the notification for initiating the signature and also notification post completing of signature gets triggered from SF for E-sign options. In case of Docusign, the notifications similar gets triggered from Docusign account. 
• Our candidates (including rehires) aren’t receiving DocuSign emails to start or sign documents, and reminder emails don’t go out.
• After documents are signed, completion notifications don’t reach the right people (e.g., hiring managers, HR/HRSS) in onboarding or offboarding.
• Since a recent instance refresh, DocuSign notifications have stopped or become inconsistent.
• SuccessFactors isn’t triggering DocuSign notifications for e‑signature tasks (initiation and completion), including compliance document signatures.
• Emails for DocuSign tasks aren’t delivered to certain recipients (e.g., specific/public email addresses), and overall we struggle to receive/manage DocuSign notifications reliably.
