3023689 - Unable to get correct results in the EPM report with parent and base members in BPC standard

Symptom

- Create an EPM report with combination of parents and base members in rows or columns, the result is incorrect or blank when expanding a parent node, but it works if using "right click > EPM > Refresh Selected Data". The result is the same if running the MDX statement in MDXTEST.

- ENABLE_HANA_MDX is disabled.
