3023703 - Report Story Templates are not available in Content Store

• Templates are not available in Content Store.
• Content Store is empty (There are no Stories.)

1. Login to the instance
2. Navigate to Reporting > Report Center
3. Click the Import Button > Go to Content Store > There are no Stories.

• User record does not exist for Story Reports
• Content Store will display Story Templates for modules enabled on your instance. 

Only if Employee Central is implemented, you will find EC based Story Templates. Same with Recruiting and Onboarding based templates.

There could be two reasons for non-availability of standard story reports under content store, kindly refer to the below scenario's mentioned and how to address them.

SCENARIO 1: User record does not exist for Story Reports

• Check if user is able to create new story report without any issue (stuck on blank page) or error.
• Check in check tool for below checks and confirm. 
  
  • User record exists for Story Reports
  • User is correctly configured for Story Reports
  • The email address isn't mapped to any user configured for stories.

SCENARIO 2: Content Store will display Story Templates for modules enabled on your instance.  

• Check if Employee Central, Onboarding or Recruiting based schemas are available when you create a new Report Story.
• If not, that signifies an issue with module implementation (OR) there is an issue with Schema generation in Story.
  • For issues where Schemas are missing, create a new job passing all mandatory attributes and select job type as "Save Changes To Report Configuration Object Job" 
  • In case a module is not enabled & implemented, please enable/implement it and then Standard Story will appear in Content Store.
