Symptom

The following error occurs when trying to create a data package via EPM add-in.

The status of BPC Process chain show inactive after activating ENVIRONMENTSHELL via program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT and they are moved to Unassigned Nodes.

The following error occurs when activating the process chains(/CPMB/*) manually.
"No valid start conditions Message no. SCPR537"
