Whenever there are enhancements made to these default Onboarding and Offboarding process definition (XMLs), you must update the same from Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding page. You can also update the service user from this page.
You can also edit and deploy the default Onboarding and Offboarding process definition (XMLs) in Business Process Engine for the first time.
Please Note: BPE Process Flow should be updated via "Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding" after every Release

Resolution
Kindly follow the below mentioned steps:
- Go to Admin Center Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding
- Select the process that you want to update under Select Process Flows.
- Select a service user from the Select Service User dropdown menu.
Note: The updated XMLs are deployed to the Business Process Engine.
