3023795 - Chrome/Edge prompts for logon for when calling function EPMCellContextDocument - BPC NW

Symptom

After installing EPM add-in 10.0 SP38 Patch 02 or higher version, the function EPMCellContextDocument will be able to call the default browser configured in Microsoft Windows.
However, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome prompt for logon when calling function EPMCellContextDocument, but it works using IE and Firefox.

The similar issue occurs in other functions that call the browser from EPM add-in.(e.g. Jouranls)
