3023841 - Missing Field Values in Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding

Symptom

Field values are present in New Hire Data Review and Personal Data Collection, but not appearing in Manage Pending Hires

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open MPH for candidate
  2. Notice field is blank
  3. Navigate to review NHDR for same candidate
  4. Value exists in NHDR

Cause

OnInit was triggering which was wiping the data

Resolution

OnInit rules are not supported in New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection pages but applied in MPH page. The rule resets the new hire data in the MPH page.

Onboarding Context setting is not supported for onInit rules and cannot be applied.

Please disable the rule, and the new hire data will load in Manage Pending Hires page.
