3023890 - Finding workflow FO triggered for already initiated workflows - using canvas reporting

How to find workflow FO triggered for already initiated workflows for customers who are not using Integration Center.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central  - Workflows

Follow till the 6th step in the KBA 2761151 to find the workflowRequestId. Now instead of using integration center, we can canvas reporting to find the workflow FO configuration. 

Navigate to report center and follow the KBA 2824475 for step by step procedure to create Canvas Reports.

   1. Search for Workflows in query designer as shown below.

     2.Select "WfRequest Id" and "Wf Config Icode" as below from table "Workflow Emp Wf Request".

       3.Now the Workflow FO can be found from "Results" tab, here we can use a static filter to filter the results.

      4.Create a run time filter on WfRequest Id and save the report.

     5.Now this report can be executed from report center and pass the WfRequest Id in the filter.

     6.Click on on Done, which will fetch the workflow FO details.
