No. The Recruiting Management Career Sites are not responsive, and the images that are included on the pages will not be as well.

One option that can be used to make it feel more responsive, in case of using images, is to use percentage in the HTML tags on the images, which will then adjust the images accordingly. Just make sure to use a corresponding percentage and to have a good quality image that would fit bigger resolutions, in case your users are accessing from a bigger screen.
