3024143 - [Onboarding]Recommended links task displaying different number of links after configuration is changed

Newly configured list of Recommend Links present in Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks is not appearing for the hiring manager. Different number of links appearing for different managers.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure certain number of Recommend Links in Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks Tasks.
2. A manager added new links for an onboardee via "Add Link" in the recommend links page on dashboard
3. Additional recommended links added by the manager are visible as suggested links for all the other New Hires to that manager.

This is the expected behavior.

• Only recommended links configured in the 'Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks->Onboarding program' are visible to all Managers.
• Additional recommend links are visible for all the other New Hires as suggested links only to the manager who added them via "Add Link" in the recommend links task on dashboard and not visible to other managers.
• Hiring managers or onboarding participants can now use the Show Previously Used toggle to display or clear previously used recommendations.
• The Show Previously Used toggle now appears at the top right of the page.
• When disabled, the previously used recommended links disappear and the Recommend Links task moves to an unassigned state. Hiring managers and onboarding participants can add or remove recommended links as needed.
