SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project Management work center

2. Go to Project Invoice Request work center view

3. Filter by desired Request Invoice Request

4. You can see it

5. Go to Business Analytics work center
6. Go to Design Data Sources work center view
7. Search for the 'Revenue Contribution' data source

8. Click on Preview

9. Filter by same ID on 'Project Invoice Request ID'

10. You can see no results

The given data source PROCPIU03 does not show all cancelled customer project invoice requests (it shows cancelled CPIRs that are still invoiced, but it does not show cancelled CPIRs that are not invoiced or invoicing is cancelled ), because the purpose of the data source is not to provide a list of all CPIRs, but  information with regards to team members that can be invoiced or is already invoiced.

So cancelled CPIRs and those  cancelled CPIR's that  are not  invoiced ,are not relevant thus they don't appear in this report
