3024171 - National ID Information is not deleted after cancelling Onboarding process - ONB 2.0

• National ID information is not deleted for Cancelled Onboarding activity. 
• Trying to hire a candidate under a new Job Requisition after cancelling their previous Onboarding activity and when we try to hire him in Manage Pending hire, system is giving Nation ID information error message.
• Why national ID information is not removed from the Onboarding system even after cancellation candidate Onboarding process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The National Id Information should be deleted before the candidate is cancelled
• National Id details are stored in the EC Database (even if the candidate has not completed MPH). Hence, if the candidates national id information is not removed before cancellation, it should be purged from the Database.

• Kindly perform Inactive User Purge on the cancelled candidate
