3024252 - Offboarding is not triggered by all Admin users

Offboarding is not triggered when certain admin users do termination.

Change History is added to Job Information and Event ID is created in Intelligent Services Centre: Employment Termination, but no offboarding record in Onboarding.

Rule object is Secured.

Change the Rule object to non-secured.

1. Go to Configure Object Definitions >> Object Definition: Rule (Rule) and you will see Secured: Yes
2. Click on Take Action >> Make Correction and change Secured to No

Alternatively, keep it secured and grant the object level permission of Rule object to users needed.
